    I really like the community. Staff members and maintenance team are all very nice and helpful! Ive never had a problem and I feel very safe within the community. Its a great place to live!

    This place is terrible! Please do yourself a favor and do not rent here!!! They are overpriced for the shoddy apartments you get and when you vacate, they BREAK THE LAW! Be aware that your security deposit is due back to you within 30 days. I have been going round and round with these people for almost two months! Also be aware that they have 7 days to fix problems or you get an abatement. The manager, Danielle, in the office was always put off that I even came in there - even to pay rent - and she was always rude. These people really need to be sued and put out of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I'm not sure where to start..1st? The locked room to get your mail packages only when office is open. Now that might be easy to work around if they where in the office when they say they are. Twice I've tried to pick up packages before work @ 830am..waited on the office steps until 845 and had to leave. Then today? I went on lunch at 115pm. Doors locked with a " will be back at 230pm" sign on door. Now I understand things happen? But when called they flat out lied - said they were always on time and that " the air conditioning created a vacuum and you needed to pull the door harder." Are you kidding me?? No. You were gone and office door was locked as well with a sign up!! I know how to open a door. Had this been handled truthfully..maybe I wouldn't be writing this, but on top of this Danielle was rude..disrespectful to my daughter and hung up on her. She blamed the post office! For what you pay in rent here you deserve respect and honesty. If you work from home? Be prepared for landscaping to make that impossible for about 2 hrs on Wednesday. The gas leaf blower they use is ridiculous - he literally BLEW MY FRONT DOOR OPEN while I was talking on phone to a customer. They wander around the grounds with no sense of urgency or respect for tenants that don't want to listen to a freaking jet engine for hours. To top it off I have called several times asking for a call back. Never happens. My advice? Stay away.

    DO NOT rent here. I was warned before moving in by friends who were old tenants and I shouldve listened. They turn down your hot water DAILY! If you request maintence they go to the water heater and set the temp higher before coming to your apartment (I caught them on video). They then tell you everything is fine and either that night or the next day they go back to the heater and change it again. I repeated this cycle 7 times with them and every single time they lied to my face. I ended up buying my own laser water thermometer and caught them lying myself, my hot water was a constant 89 degrees morning, noon, and night but when they responded to the maintanence requests it magically was 96+ on their thermometer. Absolutely disgusting morals, but hey thats Albuquerque for you! Save yourself the daily headaches and go somewhere else, dont give these people a dime. Also, disregard any corporate copy-paste response they make to this, they lied to my face for a year, they will have no problem lying on the internet Im sure.
