      I've only been here a very short time but during this time, the courtyard is beautiful the apartment is spacious and it's clean. The staff and maintenance are very helpful. It's also an advantage when maintenance is living on site.

      I have lived in three apartments at Sunset Pointe, twice on the fourth floor and once on the second floor. Needless to say, SP feels like home in Albuquerque! The parking lot can be off setting, but once you enter the gate its like a secret garden. Inside the complex is a stream, 2 fountains, pool and playground. The one bedrooms are HUGE and more affordable (per sq ft) than anywhere in the NE Heights! The 2 bedrooms with the private patios are totally worth the cost for the extra space (currently living in). There are 2 elevators for convenience and are usually fixed promptly after breaking down. The staff are very helpful and always have a smile on their face. I recently had restroom issues and Maintenance made sure our issues were addressed promptly and thoroughly. The walls are cement so you don't really hear your neighbors or the traffic. Overall, great place to live! Only apartments in Albuquerque I trust for my family!

      THEY WERE SOME WHAT POLITE BUT WHEN I TOLD THEM I QUALIFIED FOR A 2 BEDROOM HON HOUSINF(been there 10 years) I WILL BE 81 ON 9-25-2023 LADY GOT VERY SHORT WITH ME ON PHONE TOLE ME I COULD NOT AFFORD THEM SO I HUNG UP BUT DID TELL HER THANK YOU FIRST

      Very nice place but way overpriced. A resident pays for EVERY utility: sewer, water, trash, gas, and electric so be in for a surprise every month when your rent is posted. With rising cost of rentals, I'm sure when my lease is up, I will not be able to afford this place even with 2 jobs. It's a very nice place with good people....if you can afford it.

      Elevators break down all the time. They have started filming a movie here. So they send out a message at 4:30pm on a friday to move your car from 17spaces on the east side. None of these spaces were used all weekend. This complex already has limited parking. Then on Monday they take away half of the parking for the whole complex for this movie. Some of these were covered parking spots that people have to rent. They send out a text message telling us to move our cars asap or they will be towed at our expense at 1030am. They just say to park on the Street. This is where many cars have been broken into and they know it. They have had broken gates down for months. Most of the gates don't work all the time. Which gots to be against fire code. Then if you prop a gate open so people can get in and out safely. They send text messages out saying they will fine you or give you a 7day notice. Which wouldn't need to be done if they kept the gates in working order. they use to pressure wash t around the entrances to the elevator on every floor. They no longer do this so it smells like dog pee from all the dogs peeing by the doors to the elevators. I have see spilled drinks or trash juice sit in the elevator for almost a week. Residents have begun to mop it up on the weekends because they are embarrassed to have family use it and smell how bad it can get. The same goes for the laundry rooms

      Sunset point used to be great but has become terrible over the past year and a half. First the elevators were constantly out of service which was very difficult when you live on the 4th floor, next the plumbing, they have turned off the water at least once a week due to emergencys for the last 8 months. Then they changed to having an outside service process the electric bills, which then doubled since they started charging us for water trash sewer etc. To top all that they have decided to rent out the office and pool for a movie, which is taking at least half of the residents parking including the covered parking which is paid for by renters without offering any compensation to it's resident s for the inconvenience, yet they are getting paid to do it. Save your money go elsewhere. I know I sure am.
