Sunchase

Loved my studio apartment, lived here for 4 1/2 years. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was very happy living here as its quiet and serene, nicely landscaped and has a private patio area for every apartment. High traffic area, but always left early for work or appointments, so not too much of a problem.

Please note that I have not lived here for six years, but I have been lived in several apartments since then, including so-called luxury apartments that cost a lot more, and by far this apartment complex was the best in terms of quick maintenance and good staff. Unlike most other apartments, maintenance got to my needs usually within one day, two at most. Staff were friendly and knew who you were. I spent two years here. If the staff and maintenance were the same as it was then, I would say it's one of the better apartments in my experience. Those two factors are rare commodities these days.

Front desk employees are very helpful and kind. Maintenance done in timely fashion if you have issues and are friendly as well. Quiet area and close to I-25. If you are not used to swamp coolers/evaporated air, find another place. Military friendly

Lived here since early 2021. The management are quick to respond, and issues are addressed within a decent time span. The community is clean and quiet. Sierra in the front office is very helpful and friendly, a big change from other complexes.

I lived here for five years and never had any issues. Maintenance was always quick to respond to requests and they always have landscaping out making the place look nice. The apartments are a little outdated but it was still nice. I saw maybe two bugs the entirety of my stay which is a big deal. I obviously stayed here so long for a reason. Sunchase really is a great place to live.

The staff at Sunchase is amazing, the ladies in the office and the maintenance men. When I have an issue they calmly and respectful discuss it in a professional manner and show they truly care. Maintenance is spot on and quick. They may be busy but they get to jobs in a reasonable and legal time frame. I’ve only lived here less than a month and the customer service and kindness definitely outweighs the negatives about this place. I can’t wait to see what the years bring in this place.
