I was interested in renting an apartment at this complex. I called twice and had to leave a message during normal business hours and never received a return call. I also submitted a request through Apartmentguide and was never contacted. If this is how the handle potential renters I can only imagine how unresponsive they are with maintenance issues.

Front desk employees are very helpful and kind. Maintenance done in timely fashion if you have issues and are friendly as well. Quiet area and close to I-25. If you are not used to swamp coolers/evaporated air, find another place. Military friendly

Sunchase is in a good location to reach any part of Albuquerque quickly, as freeway access is close, but there is a quiet air about the property. The office staff give quick response if anything comes up and the maintenance staff is very prompt and knowledgeable. It is a big property, so the noise levels and placement of residents can vary, but overall a tranquil nicely landscaped place to life.
