Biggest problem is maintenance...there isn't any. Any complaint takes a FEW MONTHS to repair; awful! The office staff is impolite ; even rude and usually only one person in office with a line waiting for help with mail retrieval, maintenance problems, rental interest, etc. Grounds used to be beautiful, but now lawncare has been drastically cut & grass is brown & weeds very overgrown. I nteriors have ceiling leaks, crumbling walls, shoddy carpet, old countertops, old appliances, and non-working large washers in laundry rooms.
Rent has gone up $50 over the past three years and water bill (which is totally shared between 400 units ) is over $60 monthly....such a scam!

I was drawn here because I have a large dog (black lab) and the rent was inexpensive when compared to other similar apartments (2bd 2 bath) for the area and space.

However, the units are almost all in terrible condition, the gate rarely works longer than a couple of months, the hot tub hasn't been working in 2 yrs and only 1 of the two pools are open. These are the small complaints.

The maintenance crew are very nice, but any maintenance that needs to be taken care of takes weeks or months. I had friends in another building with a screen door that had a missing handle upon move in, and it was never fixed. My friends boyfriend went and bought/installed the handle himself.

I should have gone with my gut before renting with this apartment complex. The reviews were less than 2 stars for this complex when we were looking for apartments but because we liked the location and the staff assured us that those issues had been resolved, we went ahead and signed a 1- year lease. We paid extra for the washer/dryer ($40 per month) and from the day we moved in, the dryer was broken. It took them 3 months to replace it and after going rounds with them about reimbursing us for the money we were paying to have these amenities, they decided to offer $30 total to be split between me and my roommate (so $15 each). The amount we had paid until it was fixed was about $120 so we didn't accept it and they didn't offer anything else. Then, during some of the hottest temperatures outside, our air conditioner broke. Our a/c was broken for almost a month before they finally fixed it! Again, no offer for any type of compensation. Finally, after giving notice to vacate on our 1-year date, we get a bill to pay rent. Being responsible, I pay my half (all-the-while wondering why it's so much) and after the fact, the office says that it was actually supposed to be a pro-rated amount instead. Since I already paid $430, I asked how soon I can be reimbursed and I'm told it will take about 30 days because the company has to "cut a check". Ridiculous! Lesson learned..........pay attention to reviews

Management is a joke. They are unfriendly and unprofessional.

Maintenance issues are not addressed within a timely manner.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The leasing office was very unhelpful while living here. There is no grounds maintenance team, the front gates never work, and they take forever to take care of any maintainable issues in your apartments as well. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone.
