I moved into Sedona ridge in September of this year. It has been an amazing experience. Audrey in the office helped me from start to finish. She made the application and move in process effortless. I got an apartment on the third floor, it is spacious and beautiful. The property is secured well. My kids and I are loving the indoor pool. The park is great. The trees and grass make my view out the window GORGEOUS. You will not find such great apartments at such an affordable price. Would recommend to all.

Very nice people helpful during the application process. Whatever questions I have they answer. I really think that some of the negative reviews are just people who didnt get there way.

They advertise an outdoor and indoor pool, however their outdoor pool was only opened from the first week of June through the last week of August. This meant it was closed for both Memorial Day and Labor Day. Their inside pool which is supposed to be heated is at about 55 to 60 degrees so way too cold to enjoy. Complaining to management doesn't work because all they say is "I'll let maintenance know".
