    It is known as prisma now. Let me give the rundown first and fore most all they care about is money not you, your unit, or your situation in any event. If they make an error its your fault somehow if they forget to fix YOUR emails and you miss out on signing and important new updates and docs and it isnt until things get out of hand that things truly get fixed. That is just a small experience of what you will face when trying to speak to the office. Unprofessional help followed by gross negligence and slow responses sometimes none I wont speak only negative it is a fairly decent place. Just has ups and downs for the most part but recently more downs than ups if you just leave the office alone you have a decent place to settle as interacting with the office shows you just how important your request is which not a lot dont forget to double, triple, and quadruple check your credentials as the office manages to lose your email a lot so they send personal information to the wrong people yet they still blame you as if it was your fault they keep messing up your lease renewal and wont take responsibility for any inconvenience that happened to you. The office is also incredibly slow to fill requests but will do so nonetheless. Just dont hit up the offices if you want to have a good day. Electricity bill here is outrageous get ready to spend at least $200-$350 on average just breathing here. Parking is terrible but manageable they have limited spaces and dont seem like theyre gonna expand anytime soon good luck parking after 5pm or on a weekend. Wait till they have renovations then you really dont have parking. Been living here 2 years now and you cannot get enough of noisy neighbors. Only real reason to stay here is how close it is to everything is from doctors to food and shopping. Wait till you find out that their is only one trash bin so get ready to spend more gas on taking out trash than you are comfortable with. 1 star experience that fakes being a 5 star.

    Place isn't for partying! Keep in mind parking and young people are moving in which means parties... apartments aren't made for large get togethers. Residents are becoming real down hill as neighbors. It's becoming unbearable to continue to live here due to the residents. Parking is a major issue here due limited parking spots and people having tons of visitors.The issues are really the neighbors do not care about how they park but when it comes time they complain about why they were booted or ticketed. When it's really about common sense and learning how to park inbetween the lines. The complex does echo immensely with everyday sounds such as people normally talking out on their belcony. The place is getting an outside change but I'm assuming that the inside apartments aren't going to be updated nor attention to detail in the remodel. It's great location to live. There are ants living within the buildings. (depends on the building you live in), No recycle bin. Also keep in mind that the people here leave their trash and junk out side of the trash compactor daily. Side note- When it comes to winter, they do not de-ice the complex or they are not prepared for icy weather.

    The office staff has locked itself in the building for about a year now, so don't expect much help or hospitality in that arena, zero maintenance services since covid started, leaky faucet? too bad! The apartment is not in compliance with USPS regulations so any package that wont fit in your mailbox, will not be delivered. Good luck on taking out the trash, trash compactor area is always disgusting. Dog poop everywhere. Expect about 2-3 water main breaks a year, especially during winter. The property has recently been painted, and landscaped with the change of new ownership. Do yourself a favor and talk to a few of the tenants before considering moving here.

    So happy that the manager is still keeping up the property, and has all the residents in her best interest and did not for get about all of us here. very professional during the pandemic. Thank you Darlene.
