After living there for several years, I gave 3 month notice that I was moving. They kept my deposit (without explanation) and sent me straight to collections for an early termination fee. I was never billed or notified . I left a forwarding address and didn't change my phone number. Not a good business model. Prior to this, I would've recommended Olympus, but not anymore. Now, I have to dispute the collection with the credit bureaus.

Lived here 2 weeks now.Upstairs neighbour parties till 2 am.Grounds full of dog poop.People dont pick up mostlt.Those thst do are greeted with over flowing bins.Kids have to play on filthy lawns.Overrated place.

Avoid this apartment complex at any cost. Not worth the money. 1) They have towed my car at my own expense from authorized/legal parking while I was out of town since they were making some repairs in the parking area. Though they did give a prior notice via email, I have no obligation to change my business travel plans to repark my car. Nowhere in the lease agreement it is stated that they can tow legally parked car due to maintenance issues and specifically at the cost of the tenant by giving prior notice. I would not trust apartment complex that does not follow its own lease contract and thankfully I am moving out in a month. 2) They closed all amenities for much longer period than required by the state regulations. They reopened gym 2 months after the state announced reopening. Given that this apartment complex is much more expensive than other complexes in the town, this is unacceptable.

The moment I stopped by Olympus Apartments Leasing Office, I was SOLD. The view of the Pool area as I entered the Office was breathtaking and the Office staff warm and friendly. As they proceeded on the tour to the model and to the available apartment, the grounds were beautiful and extremely well kept. I am in love with my apartment and the property. The property has the feel of a first-class resort and my apartment has a 5-star quality. The staff is attentive, as well. The amenities are AMAZING !!! I am proud to call "Olympus Encantada" my Home.

Went in to have a tour of the community and the apartments with Brenda Garibay. Left feeling honestly quite anxious and excited. The complex was way beyond my expectations and Brenda was extremely welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Any question I could think to throw her way was met with an insightful response. The apartments were tasteful and sophisticated. The sleek apartments coupled with the more than capable staff creates an exciting atmosphere that has left me anxiously waiting to begin the lease process.
