I moved from out of state and needed an apartment before I got to ABQ, I found North Park online and was very lucky. Very clean apartments no issues with bugs (my worst fear) the staff are all amazing and very accommodating. They treated my daughter and I like we were family, we recently left only because we found a beautiful house but I would highly recommend these apartments they really did make my transition very easy and made us feel at home!

I lived here for 3 years in a 1B. I loved it and never had any problems. The management and maintenance staff were always very helpful and prompt!

Person I spoke to on the phone didn't seem to be too interested in renting an apartment - was not clear and I had to repeat myself several times on what I wanted.

I gave Northpark a good rating because they are on top of everything. Maintenance took care of any problem I was having with in that same day. Pool is always kept clean along with the apartment complex. I have already recommended this place to two of my friends who are looking for home
