The reason I'm giving this poor review is when I first moved in I had roaches already in the place and it took them several months to get that problem even remotely taking care of even after they brought in a good pest control company I still have roaches my heater still doesn't work so if I was anybody else I would steer clear of this place for your health and safety

Only thing good about these apartments is that they have central cooling. Otherwise management is unprofessional, and never got one of my work orders fulfilled for damages that existed when I moved in. ROACHES AND MOLD from day 1. They sent me to collections for fees owed after I moved out, without attempting to call me or send me an invoice even though they required my forwarding address on my 30 day notice. When I called them to address it they said, that they sent me a letter and it wasnt their fault that it was never received and other than the letter they arent required to notify me of the charges any other way before sending it to collections.
