Mountain Vista

I needed information about an apartment never heard from anyone.

Spacious apartments, quiet for the most part. More needs to done to keep out those who dont clean up behind themselves, those who are too lazy to put their garbage in the various dumpsters located on site. My new neighbors have already started leaving trash in the common area, allowed someone to move in who walks out of the apartment eating and throws his plate at the trash bag on the balcony. The plate, trash bag, and dirty filter is in the common area for all to see.

The office staff is great, and the property is beautiful and well taken care of.

We went to look at this apartment on Saturday and we needed it soon. The guy Nathan that worked that day said we couldn't view an apartment that day and to come back on Tuesday because it wouldn't be available until then. On my way there I called and he was so rude. He said he rented it the day before. Why would you make an appointment for Tuesday and then rent it out on Monday? He said they came first. Really? He was not even apologetic. Now we have to start over. We were counting on that apartment. Don't trust these people. If they promise something don't count on then to follow through. I'm really disappointed! Nathan should be more professional and should know that people are looking for a home to live in. He could end up making somebody be homeless doing something like this, it's not ok to treat people this way!
