We stayed at Montecito for several months, but terminated our lease early. There was a fee for terminating our lease, which we paid, plus the remainder of what we owed. The walkthrough after moving out went well and all should have been good. Then we started receiving notices in the mail that we still owed them money. We don't. We brought it to their attention, and they acknowledged that we don't owe them money and said they would stop with the notices (they seem to be automated). Well today we got a hit on the credit report. They sent this imaginary debt to collections. I'm beyond belief and beyond frustrated. Apparently we are going to have to actually hire a lawyer for this to stop. We didn't want it to come to this, but apparently we have no choice. Not to mention the roaches, lack of cooling in the summer, inconsistent water, and the fact that they'll boot your car for a misunderstanding and you have to pay to have it removed. Those things were all frustrating, but did not warrant hiring a lawyer for. Negatively impacting our credit for literally nothing is unacceptable. By far the worst management I've ever seen.

Not worth the money. On-site laundry is routinely broken or without water, the pool was opened around late August and closed a month later, out bldg has been without water 10 times in the last 6 months, sometimes for days at a time, etc. Mgmt is incompetent, spend your money elsewhere.

The machines in the laundromat don't work. Some of the male tenants are very creepy and persistent if you turn them down. Lots of yelling and barking dogs. There are fireball miniatures, dog poop, and cockroaches everywhere.

I have been busy trying to fill out an application my ID is expired working on that then my caregiver will bring me by and drop it off and talk to you I hope to see you soon.

Formerly Lincoln Heights. & wish it was still Lincoln Heights. Its Never been the same since they changed the name & changed management.

Half the machines in the laundry room dont work after a window broke from above me all over my walkway I had to clean it up. The mail situation sucks. And the plastic topper on my Fossett keeps coming off
