La Ventana has a great location w/ great views. The staff is very responsive and professional. Maintenance is pro-active and high quality. The pool and workout room are top-notch. La Ventana is suitable for both short and long-term stays.

Impressed is an understatement in regards to the experience the staff at La Ventana provided me with from the very first day I walked into the office for a showing. I was in a difficult situation with limited time to find a place to move into. They remained so positive and helped me through my stress. They found me the perfect apartment in my price range and I immediately knew I wanted to apply because I already felt so welcome. Having people to genuinely care about my time urgency was the biggest blessing. I had nobody to help me and La Ventana staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to expedite this process quickly for me. They were very specific on what I needed to provide and as soon as I got them everything I needed, they expedited the process quickly and I had a set move in date. I could not be more thankful for people who take their job seriously. I would recommend this complex to anyone. Thank you!! Victoria Spencer

On 3/21 I will have lived here 11 years. I am quite satisfied with my apartment and the safety and comfort I have experienced. My concern right now is monetary. I am aware of all of the improvements(patio, grills, package retrieval, etc.) you have made, but, because of my age, I can not take advantage of these perks. However, I just hope whatever increase there is in the rent will not preclude my being able to live here.

Mail boxes broken into taking up to 8 months to fix, very huge inconvenience. May be the reason I don't sign a new lease.
