Office staff is fake, rude, and seem almost vindictive. Maintenance staff clearly dislike the residents. Everything here incurs an extra charge, and prices go up by hundreds of dollars every year. If this place was managed by a different company, it could be a great complex - it's green and in a good location, but that isn't enough to give it a good review. Beware.

Hi there everyone was your 4th of July a good one??

This apartment is not worth the Cost. Appliances are cheap Hot Point off brand made by GE that have broken multiple times and needed replacement. The counter tops are cheat paint covered Laminate that chips and they still count it as "Damage" even though there is no damage only cosmetic. The cost of the rent Is increased multiple times over by hundreds of dollars (Most recent 250 rent increase) even during a pandemic. Paying 1700+ for only a 2 BR is not a good investment and they are raising rent costs again. Consider other options as the amount of rent is would be great for a high end apartment and this place is not it. The only good part of the apartment is the maintenance workers as they do good work. La Paloma Apartments are only concerned with their bottom line and not their renters.

I have lived here for one year now and am completely happy with the complex. I have never had an issue with the staff and find them pleasant and professional at all times. My apartment building is clean, reasonably quiet and in very good condition. The grounds are exceptional and feels like living in a park. Gary.

RUDE STAFF AND TERRIBLE CONDITIONS

Claim to waive late fees during COVID, but they are filing notices of eviction after only 7 days of late rent and are forcing you to pay legal fees.
