This place is the worst between the roaches and dealing with an upstairs neighbor with loud music since May its the worst place to live in.

BESIDES THE ROACHES, THIS PLACE IS NICE. THE OFFICE PERSONNEL ARE ALL NICE. THE MAINTENANCE IS KEPT UP. I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO ENJOY MY APARTMENT FULLY DUE TO THE ROACH PROBLEM. THEY ARE EVERYWHERE!

The new property manager is not people friendly and is a lot of residents are thinking of moving.

That's not how much it is for rent its alot more than $475 a month for rent!

I was really skeptical at first based off others reviews. I was pleasantly proven wrong! The Ladies at the front desk were exceptionally helpful even with my several emails and calls with questions. The maintenance man is very nice and introduced himself on the very first day of moving in. I recommend this place for several reasons. First the studio was right in my budget. Second the location is central in town. Third they welcomed my dog easily. With all of the positive things said here are a few details to know about the complex. It is a older building so dont expect brand new and shiny although everything works and is maintained. With a little decorating and personal touch your place can look very quaint and nice. Lastly there is no way of escaping noise from neighbors that comes with apartment living. I do find living on the third floor is a little quiter if you dont mind stairs. Overall I am happy I gave this place a try it has worked out perfectly!
