Adequate mid-grade apartment needs lots of work and is poorly maintained but the neighborhood isn't terrible.
Friendly leasing staff that helped me to get in with a busy schedule.
The complex is getting better everyday. Security has improved with the gates.
Terrible service, terrible communication. Greystar in general is a terrible company. I used to love another property, but this experience showed just how much they DON'T CARE
An SRO is considered a single room occupancy. If anyone calls it sleeping room only, their implications are dubious at best. Furthermore, 172 sq ft does not appear to be of legal size especially for 405 dollars. The only place this would be legal would be in a homeless shelter, and the rate should be far less.
