Adequate mid-grade apartment needs lots of work and is poorly maintained but the neighborhood isn't terrible.

We will use your comments to refine our efforts to ensure this issue does not happen again. We are currently down two maintenance men, however that is no excuse. An SRO is considered a single room occupancy. If anyone calls it sleeping room only, their implications are dubious at best. Furthermore, 172 sq ft does not appear to be of legal size especially for 405 dollars. The only place this would be legal would be in a homeless shelter, and the rate should be far less.
