February 06, 2023Old outdated appliances that break down constantly
Maintenance slow to respond.
Kept deposit after I left apartment immaculate.
Poor management.
Terrible heating and air unit causing expensive utility bills.
Water leaks.
Closed down pool & hot tub because part too expensive to fix.
Charge to use business center.
Several piece of exercise equipment broken

December 30, 2020Candlelight square Webpage is not set up for current residents to pay rent online unless you have a code, and if the office is no longer open to the public how can you access a code? The home page should have a link to set up an account without a code which would make it much more convenient for both parties.
