Run! This place has very unprofessional management! There are more responsible communities in the area worthy of your $! Someone in the office is stealing mail and packages. The amount of formal complaints would make one think they would either develop a system of accountability or get new staff. How can you steal multiple residents official mail and say youre not responsible?! I was directly told they dont keep a record of packages/mail that is delivered to the office. They just get thrown in the back room is what one associate told me. How is this even legal? If you dont want to be responsible for residents mail then at least do us the favor and dont accept the package so it will get sent back to the post office. The fact that they accept them and several residents have proof that the mail courier delivered it via trackingjust leaves us all to believe they are stealing them. Their current system clearly isnt working for residents so why isnt it being improved upon? Managementplease spare us the copy and paste generic reply to reach out and youll suddenly care to help. The reason so many of us are even leaving these reviews is because when we addressed you, you simply said theres nothing you can do about it. Tell us publiclywhat do you plan on doing to ensure your residents are rightfully given their mail?

I cannot stress this enough. The staff is absolutely horrible with tenants. They act as if we're disturbing them when we ask for anything. I had several occasions where they refused to check for a package in the mailroom, insisting they already checked. Even with confirmation, they resisted looking for the package. Like, who does that? It was the most bizarre thing ever. I had put in an investigation with the local post office because it is a federal offense to withhold U.S. mail. Come to find out, there were a lot more complaints put in at the same post office regarding this establishment. I do not know what their problem is. At first I thought it was me, but speaking to quite a few other residents, I found out they feel the same! The staff clearly hates their jobs and they take it out on the people who pay their hard earned money to live there. I would urge the owners of the apartments to hire people who actually care and don't make the residents their enemies.

Management treats tenants terribly. They are rude. They treat the tenants as if they are the issue. You would think that since you pay rent they would at least pretend to help you since your rent pays their salary... Yeah instead they treat you as if your lease is an agreement they can use to threaten you with and any time you complain - THEY WILL threaten you with a "notification" of canceling your lease. Eeek. Can't emphasize how bad it is to talk to these people. The pool/gym are frequently closed. The gates might work - but will eventually break. Mail is frequently "lost" - pretty sure its stolen. The steps break - and people get hurt. Just don't live here. If you do - sorry.

Thank you for everything Broadstone. I lived here before and now we are leasing again with Lauren. Everything has been easy and even fun. Lauren is easy to work with. We cant wait to start moving into our new apartment!

I really was impressed with the amenities and grounds. Everything was clean. The gates make it feel safe. The management with Lauren is professional. She gave me so much information on my visit. Lots of parking! Rent is fair.

We are here while building a house and unfortunately had to sign for a 2nd year. Our rent was raised almost $400 but we had no choice. They call it luxury and charge luxury prices but the tub and toilets are old and leaky, the carpet is old and the manager promised a professional cleaning and never did it and we have seen several cockroaches (dead and alive) this past month. Most of the staff is nice, but today my car was towed because there was not a single uncovered parking spot left in the entire complex when I got in at 1 am and they had my car towed without so much as a warning on the windshield or even a boot. The manager said she did warn everyone with an email. I dont have a problem following the rules but I have no control over the fact that sometimes there are not enough uncovered spots for the number of residents. If you can, keep looking.
