i have been a tenant here for few years and this place has made the biggest turn around i have seen.its cleaner then ever. the new Manager is great at getting issued resolved quickly.the previous managers did nothing but collect rent.There are constant upgrades and daily work being done.there are a lot of nice new tenants. the streets were recently sanitized , its a safe place from crime and this corona thing.
I have been a long time resident here at maple court..for many years my issues went unresolved. 2 months ago they brought on another new manager and i thought things would be the same however, the new guy listened TO MY CONCERNS AND CORRECTED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY .The property has never been cleaner. this is the best i have ever seen it.Thanks Marc!
I absolutely love my rental at Maple Court Apartments! Corresponding with the main office is easy during work weeks, paying my own utilities is helping my credit score increase, I personally love the nightly serenades from the military base, the area is incredibly safe, the apartment is very spacious, and the owner of the complex was extremely accommodating to me during the initial hunt. I requested to rent a specific apartment instead of the second one I was shown, and they were more than accommodating. They also allowed me to co-sign with my father to help with my lack of meeting the income requirement. All in all, I am so thrilled to be living here, the place is really turning around compared to previous reviews that I've read, they've hired a new maintenance person as well who takes their job seriously, and I feel safe and comfortable to return home after work and attend graduate school. I finally feel like I'm finding myself and this apartment has definitely helped to make that possible.
Lived there. Kitchen & appliances definitely don't look like that. You have to pay them for water at a higher rate than the township. Utilities are through the roof for 950sqft apartment. Switched from furnace to individual water/baseboard combined heating units. Pipes are always exposed (not insulated or wrapped) to environment so hot water goes quick. Distance from heating unit can be over 100ft for many apartments.
