    This place is amazing. It's upgraded, has cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances and my favorite part is my own washer/dryer in my apartment. The on site manager is a great person and handles all of my concerns in a timely manner. I highly recommend renting here.

    These apartments are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Never had any issues. If you see a bad review honestly its because they were shady people to begin with. Whenever I needed help with something the property manager was quick to fix the issue or help me out any way he could. Work order can take a while at certain times. Like when a bunch of apartments were getting turned over but that I completely understandable. If your looking for a great place to live with a compassionate property manager then this is your place!

    i have been a tenant here for few years and this place has made the biggest turn around i have seen.its cleaner then ever. the new Manager is great at getting issued resolved quickly.the previous managers did nothing but collect rent.There are constant upgrades and daily work being done.there are a lot of nice new tenants. the streets were recently sanitized , its a safe place from crime and this corona thing.

    I have been a long time resident here at maple court..for many years my issues went unresolved. 2 months ago they brought on another new manager and i thought things would be the same however, the new guy listened TO MY CONCERNS AND CORRECTED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY .The property has never been cleaner. this is the best i have ever seen it.Thanks Marc!
