Well, everything here is good but one thing. To many commercial vehicles take up a lot of the parking. Sometimes, I have to park down the road. Not too good when you have groceries and packeges to bring up. Also, the laundry machines don't always seem to work well. I rather not have to take my laundry to a laundry mat.
I love the location and management does a great job to keep the place up to date. My only problem is parking. I am a single guy having only one car. There should be an assigned parking or parking permit for the wesmount residents. Its only not fair me looking for a parking when i come back from work at midnight for 15-20 minutes.
