The rental office staff is very nice, professional and is very prompt in their response to questions and emails.

I love the large rooms, and all the appliances include (microwave, washer/dryer),which some apartments do not offer.large breakfast bar, dinning area, OMG! I had family that came in for the holiday, they could not believe the space.My little niece said, it is as big as a house!The Club house is so beautiful,with a movie theater! Sitting area with fire place, great place for all the entertainment that has taken place since I been there, and yes we are not Moving no time soon! We Love it!

I am a current tenant for 2 years, I love my place , but the service and what has happen in the last few months is to me ridiculous. I recently was late first time on rent do to personal reason. I was willing to pay my late fee which was $160, after 5th of the month. The problem can in when I got my check on the 20thm they said to me after the 15th of the month, they change you another $201 in legal fees. I was not even giving a chance to get to the next pay check to pay rent and late fee with being hit with more fees. This was my first time in 2 years playing late!! things happen. This just put a bad taste in my mouth. its a beautiful place, but its all show, the tenants cannot use the clubhouse , or big anyone to the pool in the summer. I live alone in a towm home , and is only given 1 pass to the pool, no other guess allowed. I've lived in another complex of the same caliber b4 moving further south jersey , and was able to bring my family at least once a year to enjoy my place and cook on the grill. I was also able to rent club house for events as long as everything was clean, we was charged a fee of $250 and as long as all was clean and we were out by 12mn , we was reimbursed $150 . I think it's sad for this operation to be able to over charge in fees, not allow us to be late more than a few days, and to not be able to use the facilities that we pay for to keep this place running. I hope to see things change in the future and for management to be more open to serve the tenants , oppose to just taking our money and giving back nothing.
