    AVOID. Brittany and Christine are the very unprofessional & incompetent staff you will need to deal with at front counter. I had an appointment to view a unit, drove an hour to see it only to be told by staff that it was already rented within the last 24 hours. Was excited & hopeful to put money down this morning (as studios are super hard to find)...the closest units left in price were MUCH higher in rent. Asked them if they could at least adjust the first year's community fee for the mishap or do something to close the price gap on the other units. Brittany and Christine will apologize 1,000 times but as soon as it's a question of the company losing ONE penny of Avalon's profit...the answer is NO every time. A place that's nice and pretty on the outside. But that's all.

    The staff and our apartment are great. The dogs need to be put under better controls. I pay way too much money a month to have to put up with that. Parking lot needs to be cleaned up as well. Garbage is everywhere daily!
