If I could give a negative rating, I would. This complex is the absolute worst. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE in the courtyard. The courtyard would be nice if it was clean. The garbages outside also stink because instead of changing the bags, they are compressed. I watched it myself. If your windows are open and its a hot day, your entire apartment will smell. There are also no restrictions with animals. Its like a zoo. The 2 pet limit is a joke. The only people who ever did their jobs were the cleaning ladies and Hamilton. Other than that, youll be lied to by everyone. Youre better off living in a mental hospital. Your neighbors will be less crazy.
If you are a long time renter, your apartment will fall apart before anything is done to it. They spend more time with the gardening then they do with fixing anything internal to apartments. They have limited service people to fix things.
They do a terrible job plowing and shoveling leaving tenants without any place to park their cars. There is also no visitor parking so visitors will park in tenant spaces.
Neighbors are noisy and inconsiderate. Our downstairs neighbor has three kids who run, jump, stomp and scream at all hours of the day. The only time it is quiet is when they are asleep.
We complained about the noise but were told there was nothing they could do. At $2,100 per month, there better be a way they can address these issues.
All the things in your apartment will most likely cease to work at some point, there is dog poop everywhere, there is zero guest parking, and your car will probably wind up plowed into its parking spot behind a fortress of tightly packed snow and ice during the winter... but if you are really desperate for a place that allows pets, then by all means live here. Just don't expect to be able to reach the management office (and you'll be needing them literally all the time).
Literally a complete mess. If you are super desperate for somewhere to live that allows pets, then by all means live here...just don't expect to EVER be able to reach any management. (even during business hours on a weekday.) And with all the things that go wrong in these buildings from ceiling leaks to mold to non-functioning garages/AC units to your car being plowed into a fortress of tightly packed snow (the list goes on), you will inevitably need them ALL THE TIME.
You will also never be able to have company because there is no guest parking. There used to be one shared spot for the entire complex, but alas even that is no longer available as it is now home to someone's rarely-if-ever used luxury car that just sits and occupies the spot with a giant tarp on it.
Oh, and if someone parks in YOUR parking spot, you are totally out of luck because the towing company they have posted doesn't actually deal with them anymore, you won't be able to reach anyone in the office, and Westwood often doesn't allow overnight street parking, so uh, good luck I guess?
like the others said, your calls won't be returned weeks or even months, therefore your matter will not be solved.
