    the staf and maintenance are excellent it is ideally situated to shopping areas schools and places to eat i have no complaints about living here

    I enjoy living here. Ive lived here three times. Ive come back due to trying out different living arrangements in different locations but I ultimately feel best here. It is quiet, clean, and the staff is friendly. I like it here. I recommend it.

    I love my apartment here at Inverness. I have a beautiful fireplace (its the one thing I always wanted). Maintenance staff is very courteous and quick to respond, and MOST of the office staff are nice and friendly. Im close to 295 and 42, and just down the street from Deptford mall. While the location is pretty central, it feels like I am in my own home. There are some negatives which was why I only gave 4 stars. The kitchen is DATED. The cabinetry needs a definite upgrade. So old and dated. Bathroom linen closet is extremely small. The office is not open on Saturday, even for a short time . Plusses...I do have a brand new range/oven, there is a significant amount of closet space, and the windows are fantastic. The staff change the filters on the air intakes, and clean the chimneys once a year. I specifically chose this place for the location, the fireplace, and the windows, but there is always room for improvement. Upgraded kitchen cabinets would be ideal, but the management will not upgrade while the tenant is still renting.

    The building I'm currently in the neighbors is what make it a good place for me to live at. We look out for one another and that's a good thing when you live a lone.
