      No one has. Contacted me yet I am trying to find out if the apts are handicapped accessible I have a son in a wheelchair he is 23 yrs old When I passed the complex it looks like every apt has steps to enter Do you have an apt that does not have steps to enter Thank You Nancy Panarese

      The apartments are too expensive for what they are. Maintenance technicians were usually prompt to fix any issues though. It's a very quiet place and the location is good for those commuting to NYC

      Interior of my apartment is below expectations. The paint job when I moved it was sloppy and unprofessional. The age of the dwelling contributes to a less than average appearance and I understand that. A quality paint job could improve the appearance. Additionally there are electrical or communication boxes attached to the wall that I have no idea what they are used for.

      The 'Bark Park' needs to be cleaned up. From tbe start, there has been broken glass, metal, tree trunks, holes in the fence that can injure small dogs. It is not an inviting place for residents with dogs!

      Cleaner bathroom at the pool. More lawn mowing, more frequently. No kids toys all over the common lawns.
