Living in this apartment complex was a regrettable decision. The management was incompetent, with constant turnover leading to confusion and unresolved issues. Maintenance requests were ignored or poorly executed, leaving residents to deal with malfunctioning appliances and plumbing problems. The noise levels were intolerable, with thin walls offering no reprieve from the constant disturbances of neighbors. To top it off, the promised amenities were either non-existent or in such disrepair that they were unusable. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable living situation elsewhere.

I'm hoping to become a tenant

I just moved out 2/22 after living there for 8 years. Every year I received a call about renewing my lease and would give a verbal response if I was staying or going. This was always acceptable. This year I got the same call at the end of December and told them I was leaving. Now all of a sudden they want to keep my security deposit saying I didnt give 60 days written notice that I was moving. When I moved from a one bedroom to a 2 bedroom in 2/21 I didnt give 60 days written notice and received my security deposit back from that apartment. This was not a transfer but a whole new lease, which I never received a copy of. I was a good tenant paid my rent on time every month. I always cleaned the filthy laundry room every time I did my laundry. This is a total scam they have going on and I am not giving up my fight. They must be stopped I know I am not the only one, people just dont want to fight back thats why they think they can keep getting away with this. I fulfilled my lease obligation and deserve my security deposit back. Emily Vargas
