The staff is so nice and helpful. We rarely have issues with maintenance but when we do, it is handled promptly and professionally.

Don't do it! Was up to date on rent until this month for December due to being out on disability for surgery. Fell behind with paying December rent due to no disability for a month. Dec 7th I get an evicgion notice for non payment saying if I don't pay with late fee by Dec 15th they are taking me to court to evict me.....for falling behind on December rent only! Then when I called and spoke to them on Dec 13th to ask for just a week more time before they file because I just got back to work and hadn't had a chance to get paid yet. I was told no and they already filed.....before the 15th deadline I was given to pay! The explanation I got was "we could filed as soon as you were 5 days late!" So why tell you that you have e a date to pay by and don't give you that time? And when they file that adds another $300 plus to your rent for legal fees that makes it even harder to get caught up! Totally taking advantage of people. So I will be homeless for Christmas because of being one month late! So upset and scared about being homeless because I have no family and nowhere to go that it sent me to the crisis center for a suicide attempt. I will lose everything I worked hard for. They know this but don't care. Very heartless to do this to me during the holidays and couldn't careless about my temporary setback due to health issues that I couldn't control. Yes, I have been late in the past years ago. Nobody is perfect and life happens. But I have been here for almost 10 years, which apparently doesn't account for anything. You're late...and your out. They have no consideration for "life happens". Between regular increase and now an added monthly storage fee, rent raised almost $100 with next year's lease! Myself and other residents repeatedly complained about drug activity with a specific resident on property, but they do nothing about it. But all of that will be irrelevant since they are evicting me anyway. My advice to people wanting to move here, is DON'T DO IT.

While we appreciate all resident feedback, we're disappointed to hear that we have not lived up to your standards, especially as our team works diligently to create and maintain a clean and comfortable community. We apologize that we do not have a pool, though we do offer two floor living options! If there's anything we can do to improve your stay, please reach out to our office.

water comes out smelling like eggs at times and is discolored and the people in the office wont do anything about it, maintenance sucks they always come back about four times to redo jobs, you pay so much in rent and they dont even shovel for you in the winter, nothing is allowed outside your apt. chairs, tables, kids toys and rent goes up every year $30 & they only keep up with apts in the front area of the office where people can see drive around bushes cut uneven half cut tree stumps diff c

We're sad to receive such a negative portrayal of our community. We aim to offer a great living community, and we're sorry to have fallen short of that. Unfortunately, the water goes through the township and our community cannot do anything to rectify that situation. All service requests are completed in the order submitted, though we do apologize if this took longer than you felt was necessary.
