We had lived at Harbor 1500 since 2020 and recently moved out. Do yourself a favor and do not move to these apartments. They seem "nice" but they are a disaster. First things first, we lived in 3 separate units in our time in the building. The second unit had so much condensation that the floors were coming up and there was mold above and underneath the floor boards. I lost a lot of meaningful possessions, such as my wedding shoes and many other valuable items to the mold. They transferred us into another unit and things just got progressively worse. The fire alarms go off at all times of the night. There was one circumstance where there was a bomb threat. Another time where the AC went out and they didn't fix it for days. Then construction started and it was so loud that both my husband and I had received comments from our coworkers that they could hear it during meetings. The building also smells terribly but they cover it up in the lobby with perfume because otherwise it would straight up smell like poop. This is the farthest thing from luxury living. I could go on and on for the reasons this building and the management team are truly the worst, but then this review would be extremely long, so just do yourself a favor and do not live here. Pay attention to the negative reviews. They're there for a reason.

The dave guy who is one of the attendants/concierges has a terrible attitude. Comes in moody you never know what you will get from him. I try to avoid him as much as possible even though my rent goes towards his paid employment. Cant wait to leave the building.

Management could not be cheaper and service could not be worse. Harbor 1500 has one goal and its to take your money and give you nothing in return. Absolutely not worth the insane price, especially with how residents are treated

Rude valets and a complete lack of professionalism and a utter waste of time. They do not apologize for wasting your time. They are always making me wait for my car despite requesting in advance.

The valet service is absolutely poor. I have requested my car so many times in advance to have no car waiting when I get downstairs. They should cancel the Valet totally but it seems it would have to be there due to lack of flexible parking space. also the valets are ridiculous in the way they provide better attention/service to some than others. I will not be renewing my lease (needless to say).

The management of this building couldn't be any worse. This building was thrown up to make cash quickly and they don't care about the residents. The view is great but difficult to find anything else that's nice. The game room has been "close to finished" for months. Now the fire alarm goes off all the time including all hours of the night and management has no answer to why it keeps happening. I would not recommend to anyone that they move into this building.
