Crystal Ridge at Watchung

I enjoy living here , its safe and I have a great view from my balcony , very private. How lucky am I to pick building two to live , this building only has one bedrooms and the tenants are friendly and respectful of each other. The property is made for dogs everywhere you walk the dogs are free to explore. There are poop stations all around the complex and for the most part most tenants are compliant. Rent I Feel is the going rate and you can update for a fee the cleaning of buildings has improved but the appearance of the rugs and walls are somewhat desirable. So for me Im happy living here and would recommend this w. In the future I would love if some spys could be bought so you could change some things .

I am not yet a resident. But the person I spoke with about the apartment was very pleasant and informative.

The apartments look old needs updating

i went on a tour found the ideal apt the price i needed no one informed me that i needed to say yes right ten infact i told the interviewer i was d going to speak with my daugther first the next day i tried to apply for the apt and could not navigate the site so i called i was informed that the apt was taken and there was noting in my price range the next apt that was 50 feet larger was 300.00 more also i was told i could not apply for that one untill it became available another thing i find unusual was that the price can change daily i really like the property but there are alot of ifts

I've always admired this property from the highway. It has such a lovely picturesque view from the road. After selling my home, I knew this apartment complex would be my next home. Everything was easy, from scheduling a tour of the property, to discussing floor plans, and deciding on which apartment would suit my needs. The staff are simply amazing people! There are no questions they can't find the answer, and I had lots of them. In my four and one-half weeks at The Point at Watchung, it has been nothing but sheer comfort and joy. The neighbors have been very welcoming and quiet (which is a plus)! The property is pet friendly, even though I don't have any pets, they are welcome here. The amenities are definitely a plus, pool (with guard), indoor basketball court, tennis court, playground, and business center. There is nothing not to love about this property. Are things perfect here? No! But, the good outweighs any issues that you could possibly find. This property is highly recommended.
