Moved in several weeks ago and so far things have been really great. All of the people are nice, the amenities are in good order, access to the city is fantastic and the management has been very helpful. Recommend it and looking forward to living here!

These apartments look NOTHING like they are advertised. Inside horrible paint job and no efforts to change even before we moved in. And corporate is the absolute WORST.

Recently just moved out of the Vista. I lived here for 2 years. Ill begin with saying that these apartments are okay. For the price you pay per apartment you can find better apartments with better management. pros: convenient location near PATCO train station. Close to eateries, malls, major highways (turnpike, 295) Cons: the apartments need to be stripped down to the studs and redone. When we moved in, our flooring was falling apart. The floor was sagging in. The dishwasher wouldnt close. The molding along the walls and door frames are so jacked up from being scraped and banged up and it hasnt been replaced. In the warmer months, we also had mold develop around the doors and windows. When we placed a maintenance request to assess the issue, we were told that well need to wipe it down with bleach as the issue arises. Our bathroom ceiling also was leaking when I moved in (bad water stain in the ceiling) and we put in a maintenance request to handle the issue. It took over 3 days for the leak to be fixed. Then they placed a plastic piece in the ceiling to cover the leaky pipe. Air conditioning: HVAC is severely outdated. In the summer months we were getting electric bills in the 3-450$ range. Our air conditioning stopped functioning and when maintenance came and replaced the filter, we were told that the HVAC units are too small to cool the apartment which is why our electric bills are so high. We also had the unit with the combo washer and dryer. These are not efficient whatsoever. One small load of laundry will take around 5 hours from start to finish. Its all steam dried so the clothes do not effectively dry. The apartments look nice and updated when you look at them, but again, they need to be stripped down to the studs, gutted, and completely redone. These all may seem like cosmetic and small issues to deal with, but considering the rent is rather high, these are issues that need to be kept up with.

I moved into The Vistas in September of 2019, and got one of the upgraded apartments. I have to say I LOVE it here. The management has been absolutely amazing. They've responded immediately and properly to everything. They made me feel part of a community from the second I walked through their doors to view the property. Ali was my leasing agent and she's is as lovely inside as she is beautiful. The guys in the office, the maintenance men and maintenance managers where just fantastic. All upgraded top of the line appliances, floors and fixtures. And for the area, hands down the best value for my money and i did an exhaustive search before signing. I originally moved here because I separated from my wife and have recently decided to reconcile. Having to terminate my lease early is regrettable and because I love this place so much I actually begged my wife to move in here as I like it better than my family home. The management has been so cooperative in me leaving and agreed to work out a payment plan to pay my legally obligated "early out fee". You just cant find a better place to live in South Jersey in my opinion.
