Secure your Normandy Village apartment home before the end of the month!
I visited this complex & was moving forward to sign a Lease paying $1295. monthly. A few things I forgot to ask while there...
1. Do I get a parking space?
2. You accept cats right?
3. Is there a fee for that?
I can pay for a parking space which is $50 per month.
This is a complex people that takes up many blocks, sits on a very busy road with no parking, meaning you'll have to find a street to park your car on & you'll walk blocks back to your building!
Yes, cats are allowed for a deposit. Ok, I'll pay your deposit.
Also, you must pay monthly to house your cat, who sleeps all day, lounges around, gets up to eat, Pampers hersel in cat spit, then goes back to sleep! WHUUUT!!? I now have to pay for my well behaved cat to sleep??!! Fugetaboutit!
Moved up the street, close to Springfield & pays same rent, free parking & no cat fee!!
Werent any 2 bedrooms available like displayed in vacancy post

Quiet and convenience describe Normandy Village located in the serene Township of Union. Down the street are shops, the grocery store, the movie theater, restaurants and more. The local YMCA has a swimming pool and the town Senior Shuttle runs from our complex right to the senior citizen's center. Nearby is the bus to New York City and access to the Garden State Parkway, I-78 and Routes 22. Right down Morris Avenue is Kean University. Within 15 minutes is the world-class shopping of Short Hills Mall and New Jersey's largest outlet mall, Jersey Gardens. Money magazine in 2008, named Union the 75th best place to live in its list of America's Best Small Cities. Normandy Village garden apartments have a quaint, serene feeling to them. Heat and hot water are both included in the rent. Garages are available at a small price.
