Walls are paper thin. Maintenance does a poor job of fixing repairs and the leasing office has the worst customer service. Lakeisha is horrible and her boss is horrible!! They raise your rent every year, the garbage in the backs and sides of buildings is beyond disgusting!! Dont believe me...drive by, pull into a parking lot and see for yourself!!! When you make a complaint about noise, nothing will get done. Dont waste your rent money on this place. You will move within a year! Plus no street parking!!! All of these positive comments are probably written by their office!!!!! Did I mention that every year they raise their rents??!! And if you think youre getting back your deposits....check again! They do a crappy job maintaining these old moldy smelly insect and rodent infested buildings and then say the tenant is at fault. Look at all the comments of tenants who dont get their money back!!!! I am laughing out loud reading the positive comments....please...take a moment...drive into a lot...see for yourself...

The smoking in the buildings, parking fee, no way to see your particular unit before renting, etc was a no go for us.

I have never had such a poor experience with management in my life. Using FINE PRINT in the lease, I am stuck in this hole for another two months and they raised my rent $300 instantly because you are told you need to give 60 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE. Even though I communicated with this team of all stars that I would be putting them down as a reference as every month I paid my rent on time and never gave them any issues. Instead the management parrots each other saying if I had done that they would have told me I needed to give 60 days written notice. They sent an e-mail with the subject line reading "ITS TIME TO RENEW YOUR LEASE"... which, at the very bottom, states you need to give 60 days WRITTEN NOTICE.... which would ONLY be read by a person who INTENDS TO RENEW THEIR LEASE. Why would I look at an e-mail that speaks 95% about a lease renewal when I couldn't wait to get out of this place? I signed the lease one year ago and fulfilled my obligations to the lease. They care about money and money alone. They told me I should of written the names down of the people I spoke to about putting Mill Run as a reference. I informed them I did not realize I would be swindled and ripped off before leaving. And rest assured it is RIPPED OFF when you price somebody out of a residence they can't afford (A 20% increase!). In real estate you are supposed to be entitled to "quiet enjoyment" of the property which I rarely experienced as the walls are so incredibly thin here I often heard my neighbors... everything. I can not imagine what can be done to rectify the situation besides somebody from ownership stepping in to provide advanced oversight.

The leasing agent at Mills Run in Union Aneesha Rumph .is so pleasant and professional .I called the leasing office on August 27, and she ensure me that a property manager would get back too me or took a message for me . A manager did reach out to me . Everything got resolved.
