Mill Run at Union

Yulissa was extremely helpful So patient and communication is on point. I appreciate her for helping me find the location for me and making the transition seamless and stress free. I was in my spot with very little worry in less than 3 weeks. I love it here.

Inside the apartment: livable, the wood floor has tons of noise especially in the living room and bedroom (well, basically means everywhere). but overall, it is a fine living area. Outside the apartment: many construction garbage like broken bed, table, chair, etc. I didnt see mice, but a lot of wild cat. Community: I was racially abused by two groups of people twice, they shouted at me with racial words, came close to me with 4-5 people and I ran away. I emailed Millrun but never got response. Facility: since from March 2023, the laundry room only open Monday-Friday 9-5. It is ridiculous because most of the people I believe need to work. I was trying to call emergency services on weekend to unlock the room, which is a way the resident office told me. It worked for several weeks, but since from April 22 they said the emergency technicians only respond to the real emergent situation, they will not unlock the laundry room. So if you have a normal Mon-Fri work and need to do laundry, think about it. I was fine about all the bad things including the unhappy/dangerous racist thing, but the locked laundry room really touches my bottom line. The office locked the room because they found someone damaged the laundry machine on purpose, I also saw some guys making party and smoking weed in laundry room in winter, not sure if they are residents. But there is no surveillant camera, no one know who did it, the office just simply blames all damage on the resident and lock the room. The funniest thing is, last Saturday morning I asked them to unlock the room (and they did, thanks god), I saw many fast food everywhere in the Laundry room. Seems that someone made another party. So locking the laundry room protects nothing but indeed prevents normal people from doing laundry lol. Honestly, if you are also a current resident and have difficulty on doing laundry, we really should put some note on the laundry room door and fight for our right.

This place is horrible. Not what it used to be in the past. I've made several complaints about my neighbor dog making noise and barking all day and night. Many sleepless nights. I can't sleep day or night in a place I pay my rent on time. Unfortunately I was told they address it and basically nothing they can do. Millrun always send memos to people email but unfortunately won't send one concerning pets. Dog poop all over the complex. The dumpster is overflowing with trash. I'll be leaving when my lease is up. Looks like millrun love people that don't pay rent and disturb tenants.

This place is DEPLORABLE and UNINHABITABLE! DO NOT MOVE HERE AND IF YOU LIVE HERE MOVE OUT NOW! 1. The entire area is INFESTED WITH MICE the apartments the grounds the garbage areas and will have an exterminator come and pour powder poison all over your home even if you have small children and pets! 2. Mold grows on the walls ceilings and windows especially in the bathroom that they will tell you is your responsibility to WIPE EVERYTHING - that should not be the standard of living to wipe down walls and windows every time you shower 3. Mosquitoes overwhelm the space in that late spring to fall and they will do absolutely nothing but accuse you of bed bugs 4. Crimes can happen in your building or parking lot and they will not notify anyone as instructed by the police 5. The baseboards dont meet the floor and there are gaps and cracks at the floors ceiling and every door frame and window! 6. Support/decorative pillars fall when it gets too windy and they will leave it on the property for WEEKS 7. There are holes all over the buildings GARBAGE all over the property! Theres containers of cat food everywhere This place will destroy your health physically and mentally! You Have to go above and Beyond the management team because Tamika and Leanne are rude and useless and have no customer service skills nor do they care about the residents living in squalor with mice, mold, ants, mosquitoes, and roaches for some residents! They will make you think your problems are isolated I can promise you they are NOT! Go to the health department, call the state building department and complain! This place needs to be condemned! Please do not respond with how you dont want this to be my experience because it was and now I am traumatized and you had MONTHS TO FIX IS SO SAVE THE LIES I WILL NOT BE PART OF YOU PUBLICITY STUNT IN THESE REVIEWS!

The rental apartment wasn't prepared when I was scheduled to move in. Water damages and hope in floor and smelled of mildew. Management didn't care and refused to refund my deposit.
