Very convenient to NYC commuting. Has pros and cons but I have been living here for over a year and basically everything is OK. Occasionally some problems arise or delays occur because they are short staffed but nothing a little patience cannot solve. Great NYC view from upper floors

The management is absolutely terrible, they take weeks to fix anything - thats if they fix it at all! (that's right in some cases they don't deem the issue fixable and expect you to do it on your own or pay a a ridiculous amount for the fix) . The elevator is routinely not working and or the buttons are broken so you can't get off on your floor. There's also no security since the front door never works, anyone can just stroll in. It's such a shame because the apartment themselves are spacious, the building has so much potential but the management ruins it by having a barley functioning building. I highly recommend looking else where, we are moving out as soon as our lease ends.

Lived here for 2 years, The apartment was nice, but the management company was awful. They took weeks to fix any issue, then lied and told us that we never spoke to them. Nothing but problems expensive (untrue) move out fees. The trash pills up on the weekends and holidays, sometime past the 3rd floor chute. Feel free to look up reviews of Dire Management, really nothing positive exists.


The owner of this building needs to cut ties with this company ASAP because they are ruining your place.

Spoke to Tiffany for leasing information and boy was she rude! She kept rushing me off the phone while I had some questions. See hung up the phone on me after I said I will get back to you in 20 minutes. Stay away from this place - this is a warning.

We just moved in, this review is based on our interactions with management so far and how our newly leased apartment was handed to us.

So what I have so far been dumbfounded by was what they didn't do to the apartment to "flip it " for a new resident. The wooden floors where not buffed or deep cleaned (when we bought it to their atttention they said it had to be special requested and now that's going to take up to 3 business days - which of course means we can't properly move in since we want to keep the floors clear for cleaning ) All the rooms/closets in the apartment where not painted and most of the outlets where sealed. Finally if an appliance is damaged (dented or scratched) they not only do not consider it an issue they won't do anything about it.

We are new to the Jersey area so I'm not sure if this is the norm here, but in any previous apartments we have ever moved into they where all throughly cleaned, painted and flipped before we arrived and management would replace appliances if anything was damaged or dented.

While it is a bumpy start we are hoping for the best.
