    I never got a chance to look at the place because when I emailed to confirm, I got an email from Gail stating that they didn't have any availability, clearly after they advertise they did. I called and she was very rude and nasty claiming they had a wait list of over 500 people, so why advertise that you have openings if you have a wait list with that many people on it and when I asked about getting on the list she get nasty again and said sure but I would have to wait 2 to 3 years. So I wouldn't want to live there if I have to deal with someone that doesn't know how to talk to people and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone either and because of where i work I have also put in a complaint.

    Lovely apartments, very friendly people and very quiet area. All staff is helpful and polite. Gail is very helpful and honest. Maintenance is extremely fast and always busy. Love the place.

    It looks not good at all to be brutally honest; wall are with all the paint not yet painted over and spots are all over, the bathroom is speechless.. For the very first time coming to check out the property, I says it was terrible to even consider

    I have been a tenant for 9 months now and during that time I have had on perhaps 4 occasions some issues that needed repair. I have to be honest, Gail and afterhours management have responded with caring response and follow through Each and Every Time, and corrected the problems. Although I was not here during the worse of the Winter Season, I feel confident that they will do a good job of snow removal etc. based on my good experiences so far to date. Reasonably nice and quite area, Grass Cut and grounds maintained and Dumpsters emptied on a good regular basis. I think if I had a Compact Style Washer & Dryer instead of a Dish Washer, I might stay here for YEARS.......

    Very nice landlords! However there was an extreme case of mold in shower and kitchen. Didnt seem like anyone cared about the maintenance of the buildings or surrounding structure and property.
