Nice layout in the apartments. Problem is that management company doesn't respond to request to handle issues. Bldg very outdated. It could be a very nice place if it was maintained properly.
Ive been here 2 months and I hate it! If there is ANY way I could break my lease I would in a heart beat! Do NOT waste ur time n money please. Maintenance does NOT do their job. a lot of things were broken in my apartment, took a month to get in contact w the maintenance man for him to come fix it. Both of My toilets has been broken since I moved here, my first bathroom is totally out of use. Its realllllllllllllly extremely bad mice problem in this building! u wont just have one its families! They will jump onto ur stove, ur counters anything u can think of! Told the office about it they told me We dont have anything to do w that they r a mess n they just want ur money! Dont want to fix anything but soon as ur rent isnt on time they try to evict u! No one should b living like this! This is the biggest mistake Ive made! to think about being here for 9 more months makes me sick!
No one ever answers, you have to call a thousand times for someone to call you back. Very unprofessional.
