Currently living here for 10 months now I've put in numerous maintenance requests and noone ever fixes anything I've contacked leasing managers but they can careless I saw roaches the first 2 weeks I moved in and was told there is a exterminator that comes once a month but haven't seen a exterminator ever. Then I started seeing mice and nothing was done about it just excuses and more lies about a exterminator coming. My stove has been broken for the past 4 months maybe even longer , during the winter the heat and hot water is never working, the maintenance guy (William) is very nasty he harassed me about rent payments and me parking in the front of the building to take my groceries in because I'm 8 months pregnant and my parking space is all the way in the back of the building he told me I couldn't park there (I was only 5 min) and never fixed anything when maintenance requests are put in. This complex is nasty and needs to be shut down. A unit next to mine has mold in it and they leave it so it can travel to other units very disgusting. This is the work complex on the universe
I love THESE APARTMENTS AND CANT WAIT TO MOVE IN, there classy, SPACIOUS, and CLEAN
Disgusted with the way the property managers handle issues. Everyone is so friendly and nice before you sign your lease but when you need a maintenance request or question about something simple as why we dont have hot water, everyone gets nasty with you. Terrible place to live
WORST HOUSING EVER. NEVER HAVE HOT WATER AND NEVER HAVE HEAT DURING THE WINTER. I ONLY BEEN HERE A FULL YR BUT UNFORTUNATELY MY BUILDING WAS CONDEMNED FOR 4-5MONTHS AND HAD TO MOVE OUT SOONER THEN MY YEARLY. THEY HAVE VERY BAD ROACHES AND MICE AS WELL. NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL.
This gated apartment complex is on the edge of downtown Trenton. Public transportation is available right outside of the front gate. The property is within walking distance of the State House, City Hall, and other State, County, and City buildings.
All units have hardwood floors, and there is on site laundry along with an on site super. Off street parking is available for all tenants.
