Certified Resident

Some amenities are in need of an upgrade (ie., Air conditioning units, front door, sliding door) There is little to no insulation between 2nd and 1st floor units which makes it very very noisy. You hear every little thing!

We are sorry to hear of these issues. If you live downstairs, you should know that residents who live upstairs must have area rugs in high traffic areas. Hard wood flooring is a great feature as they are cleaner, easier to maintain and look so much nicer than carpeting. But this also may allow for more noise at times. If you are having issues with your a/c, front and sliding door please phone us at the leasing office and we can try our best to resolve these issues. Our number is 732-341-5181.
