The worst place ever seen in my entire life don't bring your children here there's active pedophiles on the property that they don't know I'm in my mid twenties I got a perch by the guy right where everybody plays with their kids they also have black mold in multiple units they don't do anything around here to help if you have a leaking pipe or something like they won't be here for at least 2 weeks and that's when they had their best maintenance man Juan on Duty but they probably got him to the got him to the point he said screw management I can't stand talking to another person in that office one more time I'm quitting he told me and then before him there was a guy can that was here forever he was awesome he left now it's Ran by A kid who's in his early twenties and another guy who's and it's like 30 so if anything goes wrong plan on waiting about a month for them to get to you. They're so concerned with messing up other people's lives that they don't care about what should be done to the building you know or put something new up or something like what do they do with all our money because just to let everyone know in the future that is thinking about purchasing doesn't matter if you kept it literally empty the whole month and then try to get your security deposit back they would keep it because they would come up with something because the house is literally put together with spit and glue they never even redid it after Sandy they just let the water drain out and put a new floureon and a new roof on the top and all in the roof up top is black mold that's growing we took pictures of it they told us to take it put it on a Q-tip and put it in a petri dish we had it swabs and it came up as black mold she has a 6 year old child and she's living in there been for the past 8 months inhaling black mold if I was you as a suggestion keep far away drugs and pedophiles and oh yeah how they solve leaks space spray paint over them
the views were outstanding but the place is not well kept the apartment I look that had peeling paint gaps that needed to be filled with spackle it did not look very well maintained but the views were outstanding so I guess if you could overlook living in a not so great apartment it's for you. When you start paying over $1,600 a month the place better look good if you want a better clientele to live there

I lived there for over 3 years. I actually called it my home for years. However last year I had to resign from my career due to health issues and ended up falling behind. This past April I simply could not afford $1680 a month on my own. But instead of getting evicted I asked for 2 more weeks to pay them what was owed and I got a NO. After that I moved my belongings to friends places all over until I found son. Also all my good friends and my boyfriend live in Mariners Cove. So I was just going to stay with him, and stay with my other friends that live there because they said I could only stay a few nights weekly in my boyfriends apt!! I went there on May 8-10th. I recently found out they were taking pics of my boyfriends apt to see when I was there and wasn't. I have 26 email correspondence between the Property Manager and myself to prove everything I'm saying is true, and that's why a very public platform is so interested in this story cause it's outrageous! On May 10 I said hi to everyone I saw even To Maintence, I wasn't hiding cause she said I can stay a few nights a week. Well on the 9 th after there leasing office spies took pictures again of me not hiding. Hello!!! Typed up a letter stating I was no longer Permitted on Property and it would be considered trespassing. It was sent certified and 1 letter was hand delivered to my aunts house in Long Branch. They have an office 100 ft away. They did this on May 9 th when they knew I was there and obviously have not received it. The certified letter same one came on May 10 th. Again I was at BF from the May 8, so 2 days I was there and she calls the TR police on me making them think I was in my old apt from which I actually Surrendered and not my BF apt. After showing cops everything and emsils they were shocked and felt really bad. I showed them it was for NONPAYMENT OF RENT ONLY!! I was hoiz for 9 days because of them! I would write more if
