What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Toms River

We are just across the bridge from the beach and also an amusement boardwalk. We have a town mall and lots of stores & restaurants nearby

My neighborhood is a senior's area. Supermarkets and restaurants are fairly close by. Like going to beach which is not too far away.

I really don't like the local stores are just a typical stores large merchants there isn't any small family owned restaurants

I like that there are stores where I can walk to. I like that the schools are close by. There are parks and the public library is nearby.

Our neighborhood is suburban with no long, straight streets so traffic speeds are low, making it safe for children to play in the streets. We have multiple local restaurants but are not near significant retail areas.

Nice having some distance between neighbors. It's small enough so most people know each other. Generally, it's a quiet place to relax and live.
