The staff and billing office appear to be not in sync with the onsite office people. I received a half month's bill when I already paid everything in full way in advance. Then the billing office tried to collect from the former tenant the same period that I had already paid. There are other billing related incidents which make me wary about what to expect in the coming months and when it is time for me to leave this property. Too bad because the location and onsite folks are nice.
