Living at General Greene Village is overall a good experience. The staff is very quick to respond to any and all concerns. Any concerns will usually be immediately addressed. However, the apartments are not that spacious and not updated. If you have a dog, there is a dog park and many little things to keep your little pet happy. However, other than those amenities, there are no other amenities on the property. The property though is well taken care of and in a quiet neighborhood.
I've only been here a few months but I like the roomy apartment. Many stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Overall the location is quiet and clean.
Paint is chipping on the outside of the building trimming. In the past month I have come home at night twice to someone else parked in my spot. When I called Morgan Properties they told me to park in someone else's spot which of course I did not because I'd be doing the same to another resident.
The walls and ceilings are cracked. The wood floor is not fully in good shape and there's holes in some part.
Management needs to crack down on those pet owners who do not adequately curb their dogs.
