This is a great place to live. The new manager is doing a great job by enforcing rules and keeping the place nice. Staff is friendly and approachable.
Looks quiet and peaceful to live at
This is a great place to live for families with children. School at walking distance and quite neighborhood.
I seriously would not recommend living in this development. Princeton orchards have a mold problem. My whole apartment has "toxic mold spores" due to "silent leaks" . These apartments have humidity issues and not enough ventilation. Princeton orchards are not taking the proper steps to ensure that my family and myself are not further exposed to the "toxic mold ". That was found all through my apartment .. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE!
I lived there for nine yrs.The secretary did my final walk through with me about 3 weeks before we moved out. She specifically made a remark about my counters in the kitchen saying there was not a mark on them.I kept asking for the outside of my windows to be washed and Jason the manager kept saying soon. Not once in 9 yrs where the outside of my windows washed. The windows are well over 30 yrs old. It cost a lot of money in electricity to keep the apartment warm and cool because of the windows and sliding door. We happened to be in the office when the complex I happily reside in now called the Princeton Orchard office to ask a few questions one of which was did I ever have bed bugs. Jason put his hand over the mouth piece of the phone and told us the question that he was asked then said if they are asking this kind of question it means they have bed bugs in their complex. I said no Jason they want to make sure we are not bringing bed bugs to them. He looked at me like he did not understand what I just explained to him. We had a small dog who was 14yrs old and about 6 weeks before we moved and started to lose control of her bladder, but I was home all day so I took her out frequently. My husband did the same at night until he went to bed and she slept with us. I am not going to lie and say that she never had any accidents. When we moved out that apartment sparkled even though we knew that the carpet was going to be changed we cleaned them anyway. 6 weeks or so we got our security back less $618.00 so my husband and I went to see Jason and Erika also was in the office. We wanted to see pictures of the scratch on the kitchen counter that Erika was so taken with because they where such beautiful condition. Jason said he had already sent our folder to the main office and did not know if he could get a copy of the picture of the scratched counter. Then he took the focus off the counter and said the cement was ruined under the carpet from the dog urinating all those yrs l
