White Hall Gardens

1) In the 6 years of living here, rent has only increased by $40. I had no problems with that. This year the rent renewal contract had a increase of 7%. I was shocked to see how much the new rent was. I don't know if this is for everyone or if its just a case by case, but I was highly shocked about this. 2) NOT a pet free community. Their are a lot of people with dogs here. All you need to do is claim you need the dog for emotional support, maybe need a doctor note, and they let you have one.

Am interested in one bedroom apartment.

Worse apartment to live in, they do nothing about noise complaints. Walls are so thin you can hear everything your downstairs and upstairs neighbor is doing. I've complained numerous times about horns blowing in the middle of the night and they do nothing. When you sign a lease they mention the noise levels and appropriate times, but do nothing when you complain to enforce it.

I would live in this property because it's kid friendly, quiet, and fairly new. There are balcony's and individual entrances. It is very nice!
