The Park at Franklin

I have lived here for 8 years. I love the park like setting. The newly renovated apartments are spacious, lovely and modern. I enjoy the pool in the summer. The office staff is helpful and friendly. Problems and repairs are handled promptly and I receive an email that the work has been done. The on site maintenance employees are respectful and friendly and leave a note letting you know that they have been in your apartment. There is also emergency maintenance available. Pet friendly. Great location. I am happy here!

As a future tenant, Ive had the pleasure of working with Michael Fuller during the rental process, and I couldnt be more appreciative of his efforts. Michael was exceptionally attentive, always maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor. He patiently answered all of my questions and took the time to thoroughly show me around the property. What stood out most was how he carefully considered my specific needs and matched me with the best options to suit them. Michael made it clear that he would be there to guide me every step of the way during the rental application process, and he truly delivered on that promise, offering assistance whenever I encountered any difficulties. Even after my application was approved, I requested to see a floor model on the second floor to better envision my future apartment. Without hesitation, Michael graciously arranged for me to stop by. Michael has consistently gone above and beyond in his role, and I am deeply grateful for all of his efforts. His dedication has made this experience smooth and reassuring.

The environment is clean, Peaceful and quite.

Gabrielle Leonard did an excellent job of showing us our new residence. She was very detailing and answered all our questions within the time we expected. Gabby was very professional, approachable and friendly. I will definitely send referrals to The park at Franklin. Awesome job Gabby.

Worst place ever. Spend all this money to make the property look pretty when you first enter. But drive around walk around... sidewalks are lifting. Tree roots over powering. Erosion leaving dirt/ mud all over sidewalks just to start off. Doesn't make fixing AC in middle of heat wave a priority.

Don't bother. During the summer you'll be spending over $300/mo for electric to sit in your nearly $2000/mo apartment almost having a heat stroke because indoor temp reaches up to 85 degrees while the AC is full blast because they're too cheap to upgrade anything meaningful. If that isn't enough the bugs will be. Just look up "house centipede" and ask yourself if you want those crawling around your living quarters all spring/summer. Even after the exterminator came through and sprayed there are constant bugs... I can't wait to leave this place.
