I have lived here for 8 years. I love the park like setting. The newly renovated apartments are spacious, lovely and modern. I enjoy the pool in the summer. The office staff is helpful and friendly. Problems and repairs are handled promptly and I receive an email that the work has been done. The on site maintenance employees are respectful and friendly and leave a note letting you know that they have been in your apartment. There is also emergency maintenance available. Pet friendly. Great location. I am happy here!
Apartments and office staffs are good. Maintenace is best. But the rent is way too high.
I just rented an apartment here at the Parks. The renovated apartments are beautiful! The monthly rent is very reasonable. I looked at other apartments before deciding on this one. This apartment is by far the best. The application process was simple. Dina assisted me. She made it a smooth process. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. She took her time and was so willing to help. She was also very knowledgeable and always made time for me. If you are looking for an apartment, please check out the Parks and make sure you ask for Dina.
seriously, the worse place i've ever lived. the staff cares not a bit for the tenants. the walls are super thin, hard to heat harder to cool. can hear the neighbors. Dogs barking constantly . service is responsive, but clueless. I've had them work on my AC unit 8 times in 5 months. sitting in an 80degree apartment right now... Office staff is extremely uncaring. they just want to rent other apartments. Care not about you as a person. the 'new' apartments are nicely designed, but the quality of the workmanship is extremely poor, and the quality of the apportions is sub Lowes... maybe even sub walmart. cheap is to easy an adjective. more like ikea on steroids. I am the first tenant in this unit since so called remodelling. TP doesnt fit in the holder. The shower has leaked downstairs. all of the tile is loose, and the AC... well it doesnot work. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Apt 9C. Been in this renovated apartment on the second for 2 months now. Maintenance is very bad, slow, and they say they did stuff that they never did, the apartment has (and still have) problems since day 1. Loose kitchen tiles, a fridge that makes a weird noise (and it seems to be a mistery that they cant solve), the ac air is unevenly distributed over the apartment, very strong blow in the bedroom (I have to sleep with a heavy blanket even in the summer and covering my face or I wake up with a frozen face), the balcony maintenance/furnace closet has louvers, and hornets and bees form nests inside, and finally now.. I have ROACHES!!!! 3 service calls to try to exterminate the apartment and live with no insects! Avoid at all costs .. especially $1750 a months!! Never again.
