      I visited the leasing office and did like the sample shown. However leasing requires income to be 3x rent and even though I have fixed income + excellent credit, it was insufficient.

      I loved living here but had to move to PA; when I come back to NJ I hope they take me back. slr

      Before signing the lease, they explain to you that an exterminator comes monthly. They glorified and took pride in it. I thought it was great too. The real reason is because they have roaches!!! Can't explain where they come from or how, they've just appeared! I clean after myself and my apartment daily, have never been a dirty person. They tell you to wait for the exterminator to come....as if that has helped at all! Avoid this apartment complex, all they do is lie and maintenance crew is very lazy. They cover things up with paint and glue then say it's "fixed" only for it to break again. DONT MOVE HERE. WASTE OF TIME.
