Been living here for four years never missed a rent payment my wife and I stay to ourselves. We don't bother anyone. recently they have been Targeting tenants and harassing them. Even going as far as too tow paying tenants' cars. : The walls, ceiling and floors are paper thin. They allow people to live here rent-free as a so- visitor. They give these so-called visitors preferred parking. They harass paying tenants for parking in visitor parking. They tow the cars of paying tenants. Yet they don't touch the cars of visitors. I was willing to put up with the thin walls, ceiling and floors This has gotten to be way too much. Stay away. THIS PLACE WILL STEAL YOUR PEACE OF MIND

Been here for 5 years and had issues with one of the neighbors and was told to move in January. I moved the end of February paid my rent and cleaned the apartment so I can get my security deposit back. They didnt give me anything. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Its nice but the landlord is rude and nasty.

this place have a good management telephone epic the person who attend me a phone was very polite and respectful and provide clear the information that I need it at the time I give it right good start

I like the wooded peaceful quiet neighborhood I'm a city boy with a country heart. I enjoy the combination of having best of both worlds part ciy and part country and if I lived there I'm a very quiet peaceful person to get along with. No company no loud music I mind my own business very helpful to my good neighbors if needed, and also even though I drive to work for a living I'm not a lazy guy I like walking and bicycling much as possible because of my age at 61 years old my body needs and wants exercise all the time I'm a very physical person I love activities For me I recommend living there because of the combination of city and country combined together best of both worlds and plus at 61 years old I'm very physically active walking riding bikes even though I have a car for work and taking care of business mostly no loud music no loud company a people's person to my friendly neighbors

Windows in my unit leaks and are old metal and should be replaced. Drafty everywhere. The worst part is EXTREMELY thin walls and floors..
