They're the absolute worst. They never fix anything properly. The fixed my ceiling 5 times and it's still not fixed. My water come out brown if I try to take a bath. This place isn't worth the money

You heard the say "Don't judge a book by it's cover." This is true of this place. I've moved there two months ago. What' I've discovered the hard way, they painted over rotten drops and roaches nests. also over the old heating pipe without removing the dirt. They replaced countertop in the kitchen, paint the cabinet doors, but left all the stench, the molds, the roach eggs and sacks underneath the cabinet. Also a large section hidden behind the drawers with mold and rotten. Did I mentioned the Facility manager asked me what did I expect, the buildings are old. If you choose to rent, first and foremost be vigilant. Take a couple of ours to inspect every inch of the apartment, specially the areas you don't see, underneath the sink, take the stove apart, etc. It seems very hard for good tenants in NJ to have recourse through the court. How does one standup for their rights? If you know, share that information. I need it please.

This place is infested with mice and roaches and bad management. When ever you call the office for help they act like they doing you a favor. you can't never get maintenance to fix anything they're always short of staff. The building manager is so rude don't care about the tenant's

I lived in this complex for eight years and I loved it. The staff is very nice and pleasant. Repairs are done in a timely manner. I really recommend it.
