What Renters Like and Dislike About Roselle Park

Close to shopping. Close to public transportation. The reed park zoo, and golf course. Affluent housing in the neighborhood. Home prices stay high.

I like the restaurants here, it's very convenient, the food is very good, the service is very good, the transportation is very convenient

The neighborhood is very quiet, besides hearing the kids playing and having a good time. The neighbors are very friendly and outgoing.

The neighborhood is quite and safe. There is frequent Police presence. I also like the tree lined streets and the well kept houses.

My wife and I (lesbians) have lived openly in this welcoming neighborhood for 20+ years. The character of the neighborhood has changed from few homes occupied by owner and multiple student rentals, to primarily owner occupied by folks interested in maintaining a comfortable setting for young and older families.

The views from my college campus are amazing. In addition, there's local cafes within walking distance.
