It's a small, cozy community with a caring and courteous maintenance staff. All units have 1 or 2 bedrooms, one bath, a living room, a large eat-in kitchen that is newly remodeled & wall to wall carpet or hardwood floors. The rent includes heat and hot water. There are laundry facilities on the premises and a picnic area with BBQ grills. We have off-street parking and 24-hour emergency maintenance. We are located on 300 Whittaker Street off of Bridgeboro or Fairview streets in Riverside New Jersey. We are minutes from I 295 and Rt. 130. There is a supermarket five minutes away. The River Line train is also 5 minutes away and provides easy access to Camden, Trenton, and points in between. Please contact us for additional information. You can also visit our website to view all of our Apartment Communities throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Sorry, no dogs are permitted, however, we do allow cats for a small fee. We are open 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday, Friday & Saturday and 8:30 am to 7:00 pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. All showings are by appointment only. Our staff is looking forward to meeting your housing needs and making Riverside Garden your new home"
