I gave it FOUR STARS in winter 2022 because i did have a problem with past student loans (a few old dr. bill type.)Lowered my score, but they did recently work with me."Did not hold it against me.
I am a very quiet single person. I hope that help as I am quite grateful. Really needed a nice home to live at for now.So, thank you PARK. 4 stars.

Apartment is OK, but leasing manager is worst leasing staff I have ever met. We decide to move out because of her rudeness.

convenient, parking for everyone resident family and friends, pet friendly, staff friendly, many amenities, laundry in all the apartments, walking distance of shopping centers and many other local eateries, the community staff are very knowledgeable with the city events the leasing agent leasing agent provided excellent tour was very accommodating and very informative.
