The only thing that would make this apartment perfect for me would be an in-unit washer and dryer. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied with my experience here.
Nice place to live. Only problem that i see with Birchview Gardens is the electricity bills are way up on higher side. Management should do something about it otherwise i would say it is the best place to live in new jersey
Nice location with clean surroundings. Maintenance staff is good.
Overall the apartment and the community are good, the two MAJOR setbacks are the fact that when it rains the whole parking lot and first floor apartments flood and the wall are EXTREMELY thin; you can hear the neighbors snoring, coughing, talking, etc.
